As part of this private tour service, we provide round-trip transportation. The owner will serve as your private guide and driver. Note: we do not provide pickup in: American Canyon, Vallejo or Fairfield; or northern/western Sonoma County, e.g. Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Windsor, Forestville, Sebastopol, Guerneville, Dillon Beach or Bodega Bay (see Service Area on FAQs page for full details). *If you are uncertain, call us at (707) 927-1058 or email us at: activewineadventures@gmail.com to confirm availability of pickup in that area. • What health/safety precautions are you taking to reduce the risk of COVID-19?
In order to protect the health and safety of our tour guests and our guide/driver, we are taking precautions to reduce the potential spread of the Covid-19 virus. All tours are private, and winery or brewery appointments are private/by appointment. Safety measures include: tour guide/driver is fully vaccinated (and boosted) against Covid-19; frequently washes/sanitizes hands; and wears face mask in vehicle (permitted to remove mask outdoors). Vehicle has a plexiglass safety shield between the driver's seat and rear seats. Vehicle car seats, headrests, armrests, door handles, etc. are cleaned/sanitized after each tour. We provide waivers and itineraries by email and provide hand sanitizer & surgical masks on request.. Tour guests are required to verify that they have not tested positive for COVID-19 and are not having symptoms (such as fever or persistent cough) which could be indicative of being positive. Guests agree to frequently wash/sanitize their hands (we provide hand sanitizer), and to wear a mask/face covering at all times while inside the tour vehicle. Since April 2022: For fully vaccinated individuals, face masks are now optional when entering indoor spaces such as wineries, tasting rooms and restaurants. Vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals alike may remove face masks when seated for eating or wine tasting. However, each business retains the right to make its own policies; they may choose to require all guests to wear face masks or provide proof of vaccination. Our guests agree to abide by the policies of Active Wine Adventures and the businesses we take them to.
